Trips cancelled within 14 days, but more than 7 days in advance of a scheduled trip will be receive a 75% refund. Trips that cancel within 7 days, but more than 4 days will receive a 50% refund. Trips cancelled within 4 days ahead of a trip or do not show up to a scheduled trip will not receive any refund. Any trip cancelled by Kick Back Tiki for mechanical issues will be refunded. Any trip that is cancelled due to inclement weather will be refunded or a gift card issued; based upon if a trip has selected traveler's insurance.
